Manage all B2B customer interactions with warmth, care, and professionalism Organize and track purchase orders from our cherished stockists and boutiques Support warehouse operations, including pulling, organizing, and preparing orders Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients while resolving any matters with grace and speed Provide seamless support to the CEO, account managers, and inventory team Maintain impeccable records and handle administrative tasks efficiently Upsell with charm and earn generous commission on new sales opportunities Problem-solve creatively and develop real-time solutions with a calm, strategic mindset Requirements
Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities Ability to stay poised, efficient, and strategic even under pressure A naturally warm, stellar customer service attitude with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (training available if needed) Strong attention to detail and highly organized nature Comfortable lifting and moving boxes when required YOU
