- Gesamtverantwortung für den operativen und finanziellen Betrieb aller Hospitality‑ und Facility‑Services
- Sicherstellung eines herausragendes Gäste‑ und Kundenerlebnisses entlang aller Service‑Touchpoints
- Aktiver Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen auf Management‑Ebene
- Beratung anspruchsvoller Kunden in operativen und taktischen Fragestellungen mit Fokus auf Service Excellence und kontinuierliche Optimierung
- Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von rund 60 Mitarbeitenden mit Fokus auf Servicekultur, Gastfreundschaft und Professionalität
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen zur Sicherstellung eines konstant hohen Hospitality‑Levels
- Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Controlling, Reporting sowie professionelles Vertrags‑ und Lieferantenmanagement
- Steuerung von Verkaufsaktivitäten und aktive Begleitung der Implementierung neuer Kunden und Services
- Koordination von Zusatzaufträgen und Sonderservices für anspruchsvolle Kundenbedürfnisse
