Information Technology Business Relationship Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Relationship Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives and drive alignment between business goals and technical execution. This role is responsible for defining the current and future state of our technology landscape, overseeing integrations, and managing vendor relationships, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Strategy: Define and communicate the current and future state of technology platforms and integrations; provide strategic direction on critical technical activities to meet business objectives; collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, and developers to oversee environment setup, configuration, and solution development; lead technical assessments of future project ideas, estimating feasibility and business value. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Consultants to validate critical business requirements and ensure alignment with technical solutions; influence decision-making by articulating the impact of technical choices on business outcomes, application performance, and project timelines; manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate transparent communication across departments. Contracts, SOWs, and Vendor Management: Lead the development, negotiation, and execution of Contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs); oversee vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations; drive RFP and RFQ processes, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, and selection. Project Planning & Governance: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; monitor progress against milestones and proactively address risks and roadblocks; ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
