Drivers earn: 25% of gross revenue on every completed load $35 daily per diem Average earnings of
$5,000+ bi-weekly , based on performance and miles run Consistent freight opportunities nationwide Our pay structure is designed to reward drivers for their productivity and commitment on the road. Equipment & Support
Big16 Trucking operates using a network of rental equipment partners throughout the country. This allows drivers access to dependable equipment while providing a major advantage when maintenance issues arise.
