Job Description: Core PM and Tech Lead
Define the Salesforce impacts and Design the quick Solution in Sales cloud and SVC, manage the PPM's Support needs and Liaison with Core IT team to understand the impact and the changes due to business priorities. Liaison with clients on an ongoing basis, to maintain and develop the business relationship, and keep projects to a set time frame.
Actively manage stakeholders' expectations, resource alignment, and possible conflicting priorities across projects
Ensure adherence to Plative's delivery structure and project management methodology during implementation of the solution.
Deliver strategic business reviews to educate clients on key platform trends and consideration.
Communicate reports regarding project status, risk management and escalation of issues.
Coordinate IT project teams to ensure that client business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers
Prepare for and lead discovery meetings and workshops with clients to Client pain points and business objectives
Be client advocate to resolve and manage escalations to ensure client partnership endures
This position has minimal travel and occasional presence to clients' sites
Drive transition and knowledge acquisition workshops with Client Business users and Implementation Vendor
Experience in preparing support documentation (e.g. SOP, Knowledge Repository updates etc.) Experience in migration tools such as Salesforce Migration using ANT, Vlocity Migration using Vlocity Build would be a plus.
Must hold active Salesforce Certifications as Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II) and Vlocity Developer certification
Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service or Community) is an add-on
Develop custom reporting and analysis as required
Prior application support experience and familiarity with ITIL support methodology
