Key
Deine Hauptaufgaben:
Betreuung und Entwicklung der Rohwarenpartner (Hauptaktionäre, Partnerbetriebe)
Sicherstellung der Rohwarenverfügbarkeit SNP (Schlachtnebenprodukte)
Verhandlung und Weiterentwicklung von Lieferverträgen
Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Mengenströme
Technische Spezifikationen entwickeln, abstimmen und umsetzen
Qualitätsmanagement sowie Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung der Partner
Koordination mit Verkauf und interner Wertschöpfung
Pflege des Netzwerks sowie Teilnahme an Messen
Monitoring und Analyse der Performance
Lieferantenentwicklung und -bewertung
Unsere Anforderungen:
Ausbildung/Studium in Fleischwirtschaft, Lebensmittel, Agrar oder BWL
Erfahrung in Fleischbranche, Schlachtbetrieb oder Rohwarenmanagement
Verständnis für Schlachtprozesse und Nebenprodukte
Betriebswirtschaftliches Know-how (Verträge, Kalkulation, Mengenplanung)
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Partnerbetrieben
Technisches Verständnis für Produkte und Spezifikationen
Analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
Sicher in ERP-/CRM-Systemen
Deutsch fliessend, ösisch von Vorteil
