Are you looking to break into the insurance industry?
Great, your base salarywill start from $30,000 to $40,000 , and first-year commissions are expected to range from $16,000 to $36,000.
Are you an experienced veteran looking for a change of scenery?
Your base salary Will start at $36,000 to $44,000
and our top earners made just under $75,000 in total earnings last year.

Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes to ensure they make informed decisions
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
Requirements
Property Casualty License required
Sales experience preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Self-motivated
Detail oriented
