Essential Requirements Must be Able to Attend Training Classes, Seminars, Webinars, etc., Including Outside Regular Business Hours Must Have and Maintain throughout Employment Professional Appearance and Communication Skills Clean Driving Record & Ability to be Included as Authorized Driver on Company Automobile Insurance Clean Criminal Record & Drug Screening (MCC is a Drug Free Workplace) Ability to Competently Use a Computer for Completion of Daily Tasks
Must be Able to Communicate Fluently in English Must be Able to Lift a Minimum of 55 Pounds Must be Able to Safely Use Ladders, Lifts, Hand and Power Tools, Including Working at Heights of up to 40 Feet off the Ground Must be Able to Work a Minimum Schedule of 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM, as Well as be Willing to Travel, Including Spending Several Nights in a Row Out of Town Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all Times High School Diploma or the Equivalent Strong Mechanical Aptitude (Acceptable Scores on Standardized Technical Aptitude Test(s) Provided by MCC) Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment Previous Experience Preferred, but Not Required (Willingness to Learn is Key)
