Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI, data management solutions, and data analytics.
Knowledge, Skills and Experiences Degree in Computer Sciences, Data Science, or quantitative scientific field with a demonstrated understanding of software development principles applied to life sciences
Strong foundation in working with scientific, experimental, or computational data, ideally in a life sciences or biopharma contex
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience in data engineering, and analysis, particularly with pharmaceutical R&D data (experience with data products, data models is a plus). Competent in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with setting up and maintaining ETL workflows, dashboard development, and big data analytics platforms Familiar with AI and advanced analytics for biopharma applications.
Presentation and Communication Skills:
Expertise in Python or R is required, with ability to build custom scripts, prototype data workflows, and develop technical proof-of-concept during pre-sales cycles.
Solid experience working hands-on with scientific, R&D, or data-driven problems in biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, or scientific software environments – experience in CMC is a plus.
Background in roles such as sales engineer, data scientist, bioinformatician, application scientist, or similar technical positions.
Ability to understand complex scientific questions and translate them into structured data- or software-driven solutions.
Strong appetite for technical pre-sales; ability to lead deep-dive sessions with client-specific use cases
Strong technical storytelling; ability to translate rich data workflows into clear value propositions for both technical and business.
