Visit the Admissions page at Online Admissions - Online (indianatech.edu)./ppA CPS Admissions Representative manages all phases of the enrollment process, including inquiry generation, funnel management, qualifying, enrollment, and ongoing support. The admissions representative is responsible for lead generation activities, including business partnership development and maintenance, referral marketing, networking, and event marketing. Database management, weekly reports, and achievement of goals will be monitored to attain the desired level of competence./ppEssential Duties Responsibilities/pulliDevelop partnerships with corporations, education institutions and other organizations for the purpose of marketing Indiana Techs degree and certificate programs/liliRapidly and effectively respond to all leads, inquiries, applications and students/liliMeet with prospective students to qualify and facilitate enrollments/liliParticipate in marketing activities, including information sessions, education and job fairs, and other related activities aimed at prospective undergraduate students/liliData management per university policies and procedures, utilizing institutional CRM/liliActively participate in generating ideas to support a culture of continuous improvement/liliSupport the strategic plan, vision, and policies of Indiana Tech and CPS/liliAdhere to all state and federal accreditation and Institute rules and regulations regarding student recruitment./liliPerform additional duties as requested./li/ulpQualifications/pulliBachelors degree from an accredited college/university preferred/liliOutstanding communication skills/liliSales and marketing skills/liliCustomer Service oriented/liliTime management skills/liliCompetitive, goal-oriented work ethic/liliComputer skills required for the position:/li/ululliSlate Intermediate/liliExcel: Intermediate/liliWord: Expert/liliJenzabar: Beginning/liliPerceptive Content: Intermediate/liliPowerPoint: Beginning/li/ulpExperience/pulliFive years work experience in a goal-oriented environment, preferred./li/ulpWorking Conditions/ppA percentage of work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment.
