Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un superviseur pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).
L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre profil :

Expérience dans la gestion d’activités de maintenance de bâtiment et d'équipement ;
Excellentes compétences en gestion ;
Vous faites preuve d’un leadership, d’un jugement et d’une souplesse très solides, et vous êtes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision ;
Vous êtes axé sur les résultats, capable de respecter des délais serrés, à l’aise de travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l'urgence ;
Excellentes compétences de communication ;
Vous avez une bonne compréhension des principes de production Lean et d’amélioration continue ;
