Medication Aide Regency Fallbrook offers retirement and assisted living options with compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed retirement community. Our focus on wellness and enabling residents to remain as independent as possible provides the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own. Our Regency Moments Memory Care Program allows residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia to live with dignity in a loving and secure environment. We are beautiful Regency Fallbrook, a retirement and assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team. You Will:
Complete nursing treatments and monitor residents' vital signs Maintain medication/treatment records, comply with regulatory, OSHA, and incident reporting guidelines. Communicate with physician, pharmacy, and family as indicated to assure medications are received promptly Store medications and equipment and keep the medication room clean and orderly. Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition. Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures. Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents.
You Currently:
Typical candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving or med pass. Can obtain CPR/BLS certification Compose reports in English.
