HVAC Installer - $25-$40/hr + Bonuses + Company Truck Budget Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplace looking for a residential HVAC installer who takes pride in their work. We provide paid training, premium tools, and steady work - no cold leads, no chasing your own jobs. What you get: $25-$40/hr based on experience, plus install bonuses Take-home company truck and fuel card Health, dental, and vision insurance with 401(k) PTO, paid holidays, and uniforms What you'll do: Install residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently Walk homeowners through the work when the job is done Keep job sites clean and follow safety standards throughout What we're looking for: At least 1 year of residential installation experience EPA 608 certification and a clean driver's license Good communication skills with customers Ability to pass a background check and drug screen We invest in our people and stay involved in the St. Louis community.
