Lead ERP-Transformation (m/w/d)
Programmsteuerung – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft: Unser bestehendes ERP wird durch eine moderne, cloudbasierte Lösung (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) ersetzt.
Als Lead dieser Transformation steuern Sie das Projekt end-to-end und berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung. Sie bringen Fachbereiche und externe Implementierungspartner zusammen, treffen zentrale Entscheidungen und sorgen dafür, dass das Projekt erfolgreich umgesetzt wird.
Das erwartet Sie:
- Verantwortung für die Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems im Unternehmen
- Abstimmung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
- Steuerung des externen Implementierungspartners hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit und Budget
- Führung des Projekts als unternehmensweite Transformation inkl. Change-Management
- Begleitung von Go-live, Rollout und Stabilisierung
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von ERP- oder Transformationsprojekten
- Mindestens eine ERP-Einführung bis Go-live auf Unternehmensseite begleitet
- Gutes Verständnis betrieblicher Geschäftsprozesse (z.B. Finance, Operations, Supply Chain)
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Implementierungspartner
- Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Sicher im Umgang mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern auf Augenhöhe
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
