Responsibilities

Freebirds World Burrito is looking for talented Shift Leaders who are committed to providing exceptional guest service and passionate about leading others. We want leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments, constantly fostering a positive culture, and motivating others. Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload
  • Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
  • Knowledge of cash handling procedures
  • The ability to empower and mentor the Tribe
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must learn to cross-train in all positions
  • Must get a manager's food handlers certification upon hire
  • Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.
  • The ability to demonstrate our Values daily: Teamwork, Relentlessness, Integrity, Best in Class, and Empowerment

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
  • Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
  • Use ladders occasionally
  • Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk?in coolers/freezers
  • Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
