Job Description We are looking for a Construction Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, develop project concepts, and guide clients through the early stages of the remodeling and construction process. This is a consultative sales role, not a high‑pressure sales environment. Our reps work closely with homeowners to understand their goals, develop ideas, and help guide them through budgeting, design planning, and the preconstruction process. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss remodeling and construction projects Evaluate project scope, feasibility, and budget expectations Take measurements and gather information needed for project planning Develop initial project concepts and budgets Work with the design team to refine layouts and project scope Present proposals and guide clients through the decision process Maintain communication with clients during the preconstruction phase Help transition projects to the production team once contracts are signed Maintain strong client relationships and provide a professional customer experience Qualifications Sales experience (construction or home services preferred) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Comfortable meeting with homeowners and leading project discussions Ability to understand construction concepts and project scope Organized and able to manage multiple active opportunities Professional appearance and demeanor when meeting clients Valid driver's license What We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys helping clients bring their ideas to life Strong listener who can understand client needs and priorities Confident communicator who can guide homeowners through decisions Self‑motivated and comfortable managing their own schedule Team‑oriented mindset with strong professionalism Compensation Commission‑based compensation with strong earning potential for motivated sales professionals.
