Responsibilities Learn and apply lead generation and prospecting systems Convert pre-qualified leads into clients through follow-up and relationship building Assist buyers throughout the home search and purchase process Stay in touch with current clients to support repeat business Shadow experienced agents on showings, open houses, and client appointments Contribute to team goals while building your own book of business Qualifications
Active real estate license (or recently licensed) Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a desire to grow in a competitive industry Comfortable with learning new technology and sales systems Able to work independently and as part of a team Passionate about providing excellent client service Compensation $135,000 at plan About Elite Elite operates out of one of the top-producing, flagship real estate offices in San Diego.
