El Asset Protection Manager es responsable de establecer e implementar las medidas de seguridad de empleados y activos en todas las localidades de la empresa. Esto incluye, pero no se limita al establecimiento de procedimientos, planes, revisiones y monitoreo de las guas y prcticas de seguridad y proteccin.
Supervisa, coordina y canaliza todo asunto relacionado al personal de seguridad externa contratado, manteniendo comunicacin constante con ellos y asegurndose de tener el personal adecuando en cada localidad. Administra las herramientas de monitoreo electrnico que incluye, pero no se limitan a cmaras de seguridad y acceso a las instalaciones, en cercana colaboracin con el personal de Tecnologa. Se asegura de recopilar toda la informacin pertinente apoyndose del personal de seguridad externa y otros recursos internos para radicar querellas e informes de seguro segn aplique. Disea e implementa programas para prevenir prdidas o daos y recuperar los mismos cuando aplique. Estos daos o prdidas podran incluir robo de efectivo, control de inventario, daos a instalaciones, inventario y equipos, violaciones de acceso de seguridad y fraude. Evala los procesos operaciones, y recomienda al equipo Gerencial medidas para reducir riesgos y prdidas. Mantiene constante comunicacin con los Gerentes de las localidades para analizar informes de incidentes y otros datos, adems de coordinar esfuerzos para detectar, investigar y prevenir robos y fraudes en sus localidades. Garantiza mantener todas las instalaciones con las medidas de seguridad y proteccin para los clientes y empleados mediante el monitoreo y visitas, asegurando cumplimiento con regulaciones aplicables. Trabaja en estrecha colaboracin con las autoridades locales, estatales y federales en asuntos relacionados a actividades fraudulentas o ilegales. Dirige toda investigacin de actividades sospechosas o fraudulentas en colaboracin con recursos internos y externos. Completa informes registrando observaciones, datos, sucesos y actividades de vigilancia; entrevistas a testigos y obtencin de firmas. Determina posibles escenarios y disea planes de contingencia para atender los mismos, que podra incluir, pero no se limita a eventos climatolgicos, desastres naturales, eventos sociales, entre otros, que podran presentar disrupcin para la empresa, sus empleados y operaciones. Lidera la implementacin de planes de contingencia manteniendo estrecha comunicacin con recursos clave internos y externos. Identifica barreras en los procesos de seguridad y proteccin, disea e implementa las mejoras correspondientes para asegurar un proceso gil y efectivo.
Grado de Bachillerato con concentracin en Justicia Criminal, Gerencia o campo relacionado. Mnimo de 7 aos de experiencia en el rea de seguridad y proteccin de activos. Licencia de conducir vigente. Licencia de portacin de armas vigente.
Conocimiento slido sobre en planes de seguridad y proteccin. Experiencia realizando entrevistas y documentando investigaciones. Habilidad para trabajar colaborativamente con personas a travs de la organizacin. Pensamiento crtico y juicio para manejo de situaciones. Habilidad para negociar e influenciar a otros para obtener informacin. Integridad y credibilidad en el manejo de todas las situaciones que atiende. Enfoque en solucionar situaciones y capacidad de apoderarse de las mismas hasta resolverlas. Capacidad para establecer prioridades y buen manejo de tiempo. Habilidad para trabajar con mltiples prioridades y cumplir con metas / fechas lmites. Demuestra estilo de trabajo colaborativo y sensible a la diversidad e inclusin. Capacidad para manejar de manera discreta informacin confidencial. Demuestra slidas destrezas de comunicacin oral y escrita, en espaol como ingls. Conocimiento prctico en sistemas como MS Office 365.
