Position Summary Manages a wide range of administrative, coordination and IT support related tasks to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Safety Team. Position Details
Prepares, edits and distributes routine correspondence, reports and Coordinates Safety Team calendar including key events, Safety Programs and deliverables.
Technical support for Safety IT Software, SharePoint (e-document filing), spreadsheets, presentations, etc., as required.
Manages the Safety storage inventory and ordering including PPE, training materials and incentives.
Monitors, screens and assists in managing Safety email, mail and telephone communications.
Assists with coordinating onboarding of Safety Team members, special projects and safety initiatives as needed, including the setting up of Safety Training
Document editing, proofing, formatting, and production for SOPs and Training Material
Qualifications
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative role
Excellent knowledge of Word Processing software, Internet software, and Spreadsheet software
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California, this ranges from $60,000.00-$65,000.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
