What You'll be Doing Support and contribute to the design and implementation of marketing and sales programs, driving the organization’s growth. Key Tasks Assist in designing and implementing marketing programs. Gather and analyze market and customer data. Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives. Participate in development of pricing strategies. Support sales staff in preparing sales proposals. Maintain and update sales databases and tracking systems. Conduct initial outreach to potential clients under supervision. Respond to inbound sales inquiries. Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Support execution of sales campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Communication: Ability to convey information effectively. Data Analysis: Basic understanding of how to analyze sales data. CRM Systems: Familiarity with customer relationship management tools. Customer Focus: Understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction. Problem‑Solving: Basic skills in identifying and resolving issues. Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team. Time Management: Managing tasks and deadlines efficiently. Sales Techniques: Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques. Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (strongly preferred). Interview Practices The interview process expects candidates to participate without AI tools or external prompts. Authentically showcase your skills, experiences, and communication style. Compensation $47,600.00 – $81,250.00 USD (base salary) with eligibility for commission. The range is based on the primary location of the position and may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
