Compensation:
Up to $215,000 base + bonus
About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a forward-thinking organization undergoing a significant
AI-driven transformation . This confidential search is for a
Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Agentic AI , responsible for designing and delivering intelligent, scalable systems that drive automation and business value.
This role is ideal for candidates coming from
SaaS or product-led environments
who have experience building and deploying
real-world AI solutions at scale -not just conceptualising them.
The Role
As a
Senior Solutions Architect - Agentic AI , you will lead the design and delivery of
end-to-end AI-powered solutions , leveraging
LLMs, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation frameworks .
You will work at the intersection of
architecture, hands-on development, and business transformation , partnering with cross-functional teams to deploy solutions that move beyond pilots into
production-grade systems with measurable ROI .
Key Responsibilities Architect and deliver
agentic AI solutions
leveraging LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, and automation frameworks Translate business challenges into
scalable, production-ready architectures
with clear KPIs (efficiency gains, cost reduction, etc.) Design
end-to-end systems
including orchestration layers, data pipelines, integrations, and user interaction models Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders) in a
POD-based delivery model Define and implement
best practices
for agentic AI, including: Orchestration patterns Prompt and agent design Governance, guardrails, and observability Build reusable components (prompts, connectors, workflows) to accelerate solution delivery Ensure
secure, scalable deployments
aligned with enterprise standards Act as a thought leader, driving adoption of
AI-first solutions
and mentoring teams Required Background
8+ years of experience in
solutions architecture, AI/ML platforms, or distributed systems Strong background in
SaaS, product-led, or technology-first organizations Proven experience designing and deploying
production-grade AI solutions , not just POCs (proof of concepts) Hands-on experience with: Generative AI and LLM-based systems Agentic frameworks
(LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.) API-driven and event-based architectures Solid understanding of
enterprise integration's
(ERP, CRM, ITSM platforms) Experience with
cloud-native architectures
(AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD, and containerization Strong understanding of
security, governance, and scalable design principles Preferred Experience
Experience building
AI-powered features or platforms within SaaS environments Familiarity with
Agent-to-Agent (A2A) or MCP-style interoperability Exposure to
automation platforms
(UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) Experience leading delivery in
fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills What We're Looking For
