Looking for a dedicated Safety Coordinator across the client's organization. In this role, you'll be creating a safe, compliant, and proactive environment. You will implement safety programs, lead training sessions, and work closely with the Safety Manager and leadership to make safety a core part of our culture. What You'll Do
Assist in the implementation of clear, effective safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety training programs for employees such as LOTO, Forklift Training, PPE, etc. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to keep our workplace safe. Assist in ensuring we meet all OSHA and regulatory requirements. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and provide actionable reports. Partner with safety committee for new ideas to promote a proactive, safety-first mindset. Keep and ensure that all records of training, audits, and accident investigations are input in our database. Detail Oriented with a strong commitment to safety. Duties are not limited to this description as other tasks arise on a daily basis. What We're Looking For
Environmental, Health, and Safety certifications (is preferred). 2-4 years of experience in EHS or a similar role. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. OSHA Forklift Trainer Certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Excellent communication and leadership skills-you know how to influence, train and inspire. Ability to analyze data and turn insights into practical safety solutions. Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles. Certifications of OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30 is required. OSHA 511 and 501 (Preferred) CPR / First Aid Certified Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to XXXXXXX per year (TBD BY WORKFORCE UPPER MANAGEMENT) Benefits:
