Position Summary: The Levi’s Stadium Event Sales Coordinator is responsible for generating event revenue, specifically for private catered events through various channels including outreach to personal network of contacts and fostering inbound leads. Additionally, the role pro‑actively assists in developing future event opportunities that will benefit Levi’s Stadium’s long‑term sales goals. Responsibilities and Duties: Assists with outbound sales efforts through cold calls, warm calls, and client communications, utilizing CRM to track activity. Maintains accurate and up‑to‑date sales pipeline activity, forecasts, and client records. Supports the achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets through sales and client engagement efforts. Proactively researches, analyzes, and develops event revenue‑generating opportunities. Identifies and executes upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. Develops and maintains a strong understanding of private event locations, including capacities, capabilities, and rental rates. Assists in preparing customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Supports daily client needs by preparing and sending estimates, contracts, and related sales documents. Ensures accuracy and organization of sales documentation and client records. Coordinates with internal teams to support seamless execution of booked events from contract through event day. Provides exceptional service to clients and supports relationship‑building efforts. Assists with invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation processes in partnership with finance. Participates in site visits with prospective clients. Participates in weekly team meetings, providing updates on new, prospective, and booked business. Supports strategic initiatives that drive event sales, including marketing campaigns, client outreach, and promotional activations. Supports on‑site event execution as needed to ensure client satisfaction. Travels to industry conferences to support promotion of Levi’s Stadium Events. Other duties as assigned. Required Abilities and Skills: Demonstrates ability to effectively build a network of contacts at all levels within the industry and in the community. Establishes credibility through timely, responsive and truthful interactions. Ability to create a relationship of trust and loyalty by delivering accessible, efficient and reliable services and products for internal and external stakeholders. Able to communicate confidently and competently to all types of audiences within a variety of delivery methods. Creative and innovative; the ability to present alternatives and solutions. Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, while balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Communicates orally and in writing in a clear, concise and impartial manner. Education and Experience: At least 2-4 years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, knowledge of events industry CRM program. Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Travel: 40% of local travel time and 5% of intra and interstate travel requiring overnight stay are expected for this position.
