Spa Eastman offre l’opportunité aux cuisiniers de travailler avec des aliments frais et de qualité dans une approche santé innovatrice, hors des sentiers battus. Le dernier service du soir prend fin vers 20h30, donc pas de longues soirées ou nuits au boulot!
Vous avez un intérêt pour la cuisine qui fait du bien? C’est au Spa Eastman que vous ferez votre place et mettrez à contribution vos talents.
Nous serions enthousiastes à « dévorer » votre profil expérimenté et d’entendre parler de vous.
Les bases de la Cuisine ToniqueMC sont :
- Effectuer la cuisson des viandes et poissons sous vide à basse température;
- Mettre en valeur les farines et céréales sans gluten, laits de noix, de coco, de chanvre, plutôt que des produits laitiers;
- Cuisiner différents types de mets dont certains végétariens et végétaliens;
- Développer les menus pour les cures, allergies alimentaires, problèmes de santé en collaboration avec nos spécialistes.
- Innover en matière de saveurs et de présentations;
- Créer de nouvelles recettes en lien avec la mission de l’entreprise;
- Montage ou aide-montage des assiettes pour le service;
- Couper, laver, peler les légumes et les fruits entrant dans la préparation des menus;
- Surveiller la cuisson des plats;
- Recevoir et entreposer les produits de cuisine;
- Participer activement aux rencontres journalières d’équipe et/ou planifiées par son superviseur.
Diplôme d’études secondaires professionnelles (DEP) en cuisine d’établissement ou une formation jumelée à une expérience pertinente de 2 ans
Expérience de 1 à 2 ans en cuisine
Connaissance de la fine cuisine santé : un atout
Adaptabilité - Habileté de s’ajuster efficacement à tous changements majeurs dans les tâches reliées au travail et à l’environnement de travail
S’adapter aux différentes situations
Être prêt à apprendre continuellement
Gérer le stress
Gérer son temps et organiser son travail
Faire preuve de patience et d’empathie
Suivre un cours d’hygiène en manipulation des aliments
