Job Summary This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. The role focuses on individual direct sales and multiple dwelling units to establish relationships and meet sales targets, utilizing extensive product knowledge and sales experience. Core Responsibilities Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door‑to‑door canvassing in the assigned area. Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns. Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively. Evaluate individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and make recommendations. Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and unique benefits over other service providers. Evaluate offers from other companies and frame responses to showcase the advantages of Comcast. Meet physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all weather conditions. Obtain and maintain any credentials and licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law. Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Education High School Diploma / GED Certifications Relevant certifications as applicable. Relevant Work Experience 2–5 Years of experience in a similar role.
