3 physicians + 2 APPs Patient Age Demographic:
Primarily Adult (Geriatric frequent) Procedures Required: Angioplasty Stent placement Embolization Needle biopsy Thrombolysis UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization) Additional Procedures Required or Preferred: Ortho, Gyn, Urology cases too Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days-however will fast track need ASAP Facility Reimburse: Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate Additional caps not outlined in the travel policy: The facility has lodging provided if needed on campus. Compensation & Benefits As this is a locum placement: Provider will be compensated on a locum basis. The facility will reimburse
mileage only
(no travel or relocation reimbursement). Additional standard locum benefits may apply (to be negotiated), though
