Pre‑Sales Technical Application Consultant WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Pre‑Sales Technical Application Consultant.

As a Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer, you will create product demonstrations of our WorkForce Software (WFS) time and attendance and scheduling products to meet prospective client requirements. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table every day on a team dedicated to unparalleled excellence. What You'll Do Create complex product demonstrations. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned area to turn complex requirements into creative product demonstrations for our prospective enterprise clients across the world.
Collaborate daily. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your internal partners and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Present and attend. Occasionally, you may be asked to attend calls or demos with our clients or prospective customers to answer advanced questions about our products and configurations.
Qualifications
You are a self‑starter with a passion for research and problem solving.
You will have the ability to learn WorkForce Software product configurations and formula language.
You will have knowledge of databases and SQL.
You will work well as a team member and be motivated individually.
You can prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds.
You can suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities.
You will have strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
You can travel up to 10% with the potential for international travel.
Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce office would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Human Capital Management space.
Familiarity with JavaScript or another object‑oriented programming language.
Experience with complex software configuration.
A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include teamwork, adaptability, organization, or military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow‑through help build client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
Benefits Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $51,100.00 – USD $137,070.00 per year.
