Work with clients to transform the way they use and manage data by architecting data strategies, providing end-to-end solutions that focus on improving their data supply chain, reengineering processes, enhancing risk control, and enabling information intelligence by harnessing latest advanced technologies. Solve complex issues and drive growth across financial services. Define data and analytic strategies by performing assessments, recommending remediation strategies/solutions based on aggregated view of identified gaps, and designing/implementing future state data and analytics solutions. Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Minimum Requirements Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a related field and 2 years related work experience. Alternatively, must have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a related field and 1 year of related work experience.
Must have 1 year of experience in the banking, capital markets, insurance and/or asset management industry.
1 year of experience in at least 1 of the following: Distributed Processing (Spark, Hadoop, or EMR)
1 year of experience in at least 1 of the following: Traditional RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)
1 year of experience in at least 1 of the following: MPP (AWS Redshift, or Teradata)
1 year of experience in at least 1 of the following: NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, or Titan)
1 year of experience in at least 1 of the following: Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Platform, or Databricks)
1 year of experience in at least 1 of the following: Data Governance, Lineage and Quality (Collibra, Solidatus, Informatica, Alation, Snowflake, Ab Initio, One Trust, or Big ID)
Must have 1 year of experience using technologies, frameworks or methodologies for data ingestion, storage, mining or warehousing, big data analytics, manipulation, or visualization.
Must have 1 year of experience in product and/or project management managing through the life cycle stages, including requirements, design, development and testing.
Must have 1 year of experience quantifying improvement in business areas resulting from optimization techniques through use of business analytics and/or statistical modeling.
Requires domestic and regional travel up to 60% to meet client needs.

The base salary for this job is $136,282.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
