Practice OverviewSeeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join a collegial team at a federally qualified health center with over 30 years of experience providing exceptional patient care: Examine and treat patients across all pediatric age groups Prescribe medications and perform therapeutic procedures including injections, immunizations, splinting, suturing, wound care, and infection management Provide newborn nursery coverage Supported by well-trained PAs and NPs across five modern facilities No billing or overhead responsibility Äî financial stability built in Specializing in accessible, affordable care for low-income and high-risk residents
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $169,650 Äì$315,000 $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time NHSC loan repayment eligibility and NYS Public Loan Forgiveness FTCA malpractice coverage Äî paid in full Full benefits including life, health, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement plan Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Cards CME support and medical licensure assistance Generous PTO accruals and up to 13 paid holidays
