Voor een innovatieve producent binnen de grafische industrie zoek ik operators die willen werken aan één van de grootste flexodrukpersen van Europa. Hier worden dagelijks hoogwaardige verpakkingen en drukwerkoplossingen geproduceerd voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Een indrukwekkend proces waarbij techniek, kwaliteit en teamwork samenkomen. Ervaring als operator of drukker is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Heb jij technisch inzicht, ben je leergierig en steek je graag je handen uit de mouwen? Dan leren zij jou graag het vak in de praktijk.
Dit ga je doen
Als operator drukkerij werk je samen met een vaste ploeg bestaande uit onder andere een drukker, inktman, coördinator en monteur. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen verloopt.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Bedienen en bewaken van grote geautomatiseerde drukpersen
- Aan- en afvoeren van grondstoffen en eindproducten
- Ombouwen en instellen van de drukmachines bij productwissels
- Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces
- Signaleren van afwijkingen en ondersteunen bij het oplossen van storingen
- Reinigen, inspecteren en onderhouden van de installaties
- Registreren van productie- en kwaliteitsgegevens
Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar techniek zichtbaar is. Grote rollen materiaal, indrukwekkende drukinstallaties, geavanceerde besturingen en een proces waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.
Je bent in het bezit van
Als operator in de drukkerij voldoe je aan (de meeste van) de volgende eisen;
- Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en productieprocessen
- Een aanpakkersmentaliteit en de motivatie om een vak te leren
- Goede fysieke conditie; je bent graag actief bezig
- Teamspirit en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Ervaring met ploegendiensten is een pré
- Affiniteit met techniek, procesverbetering en kwaliteit
