About the opportunity

Du wirst Teil eines engagierten Produktionsteams, das hochwertige biologische Flüssigkeiten weiterverarbeitet, die eine zentrale Rolle in unseren innovativen Produkten spielen. In Deiner Rolle als Associate Operations unterstützt Du aktiv den Produktionsprozess – von der Abfüllung bis zur Lyophilisation – und arbeitest dabei in einem GMP‑regulierten Umfeld. Neben der operativen Mitarbeit bringst Du Dich mit eigenen Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung ein und trägst so kontinuierlich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Herstellprozesse bei.

Your tasks include
  • Mitarbeit in einem kleinen, dynamischen Produktionsteam bei der Abfüllung und Etikettierung biologischer Flüssigkeiten (z. B. Puffer, Mastermixe, Enzyme) in kleine Gebinde (Tubes)
  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Gefriertrocknungsanlagen (Lyophilisation)
  • GMP‑gerechte Durchführung und sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte gemäß Herstellvorschriften und SOPs
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Anpassung von Herstelldokumenten unter Einhaltung der GMP‑Richtlinien
  • Durchführung von Inventuren sowie Bestandsführung und Buchungen in SAP
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen im Sinne von Lean‑Management und Einbringung eigener Verbesserungsvorschläge
  • Qualifizierung, Kalibrierung und Pflege moderner Laborgeräte sowie Arbeiten im Reinraumbereich
Your profile
  • Weiterführende Schulbildung wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2); Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in einem GMP‑regulierten Umfeld oder praktische Laborerfahrung
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office; SAP‑Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Dreischichtbetrieb (derzeit nicht erforderlich)
