Project Manager Job Id: 168
Experienced Project Manager in managing and tracking day-to-day tasks and ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities. Agile Scrum methodology experience as scrummaster. Waterfall project delivery following each phase of the SDLC and experience on creating Project Management Plan deliverables.
Skills Required:
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
For Agile projects take the lead as scrummaster and also document user stories. Follow all the agile processes.
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Exceptional organization and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously including infrastructure/operations projects

QA TEST ENGINEER Job Id: 169
Experienced tester using Python/C++ to work as a QA Test Engineer. The successful candidate will require minimal manual testing but have extensive involvement in automation testing. You will work directly with C++ developers throughout the whole development process and being involved with revolutionary new products.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding & knowledge of Python or C++.
Passion for UI design & good eye for detail.
Working knowledge of Linux.
Bug tracking & Test Plan management software experience.

Experienced Business Analyst is responsible for the inception, creation, and maintenance of all Business Requirements documentation that accurately defines the customer business need and enables the technology team to create a quality solution.
Skills Required:
Must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience as a business analyst in mature Information Technology organizations.
3-5 years’ experience in the broadcast media industry.
Experience working with network television pricing & planning or traffic operations
Strong experience with UML artifacts (writing / creating Use Cases and Activity Diagrams).
Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Business and Technology Partners.
Create Business Process Maps to document current and future state processes.
Create written and graphic documentation to capture Business and Functional Requirements, including Unified Modeling Language (UML) artifacts such as Use Cases and Activity Diagrams where necessary.
Maintain Functional Requirements throughout entire project lifecycle.
Create and maintain strong relationship with Business Partners.
Work closely with Project Manager to manage any required changes in scope.
Effectively communicate requirements with Technology team (Architecture, Development, QA, etc.).
Ability to gather and document business requirements, follow standard practices for Requirements Gathering Process, and committed to ensure that systems delivered are of high quality and meet all customer requirements.
Experienced in Business Process Mapping using Visio or similar tool.
Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent analysis and communication skills.
