Job Responsibilities
Prospect for business based on local networks, connections, and communities. Conduct sales, service, and solicitation of all forms of insurance business. Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service. Develop accounts and cross‑sell available products and services. Generate and pursue new client opportunities. Present services and solutions at prospect meetings. Bring new business prospects to closure. Retain clients by maintaining solid business‑to‑business relationships. Serve as the cornerstone of superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Job Requirements
Independent self‑starter able to sell and develop strong business‑to‑business relationships. 3+ years of previous business‑to‑business sales experience (2–5 years as a baseline). Commercial insurance sales experience highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience selling to a specific industry a plus. Required to obtain appropriate state licensing within 90 days of hire. Preference given to those with existing insurance licensure and/or industry designations. Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines. Good listening skills and ability to determine clients’ needs efficiently. Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, location, and specific business line.
