We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead our team in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As the IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our company’s technology operations and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. This position requires a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual with excellent problem‑solving abilities. Responsibilities Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our company’s technology systems Develop and implement strategic plans for improving technology processes and procedures Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Ensure the security and integrity of our company’s data and information systems Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a focus on finding efficient solutions Knowledge of information security protocols and best practices Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical individuals Strong project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively We welcome all qualified candidates, including Indians, women, those without experience, part‑time workers, or individuals requiring accommodation.
