As the Counter Sales Team Lead - Sales Associate, you're at the forefront of our operation. Your day is a whirlwind of activity, from engaging customers with expert product knowledge to driving sales and exceeding targets. As a natural leader, you inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while ensuring our counter area is organized and efficient. Every interaction is an opportunity to showcase your sales prowess and make a lasting impression on our valued customers.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years related experience and/or training in the HVAC/R industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a sales and service associate in the HVAC/R or similar industry
SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
