Develop, implement and review Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans alongside the wider team.
Work collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, care staff and other professionals to ensure consistent, high‑quality provision.
Promote positive behaviour, helping children move from external regulation to developing their own self‑control.
Contribute to whole‑school development, safeguarding practice and effective communication with families and colleagues.

Brings creativity, patience and a nurturing approach to the classroom.
Can confidently manage challenging behaviour using positive, supportive strategies.
