À propos
Nous recherchons un(e) Strategic Account Manager/ Field Sales Representative pour développer et piloter un portefeuille de grands comptes dans le secteur IT , en assurant la croissance du chiffre d’affaires et la satisfaction client sur le long terme.
Il/Elle agit comme un(e) leader et coordonne l’ensemble des actions entre ses clients, toutes les équipes internes Arrow et les fournisseurs (Vendors).
Responsabilités principales:
- Comprendre, promouvoir et déployer la proposition de valeur d’Arrow : stratégie, positionnement, offre de services (formation, support, Global Delivery, services financiers, …)
- Recueillir les besoins des clients et construire des résultats business concrets
- Disposer d’une forte connaissance du marché : partenaires, fournisseurs (Vendors), concurrence, tendances et opportunités
- Construire, chiffrer et exécuter un plan de compte stratégique (Strategic Account Plan) pour chaque compte stratégique
- Piloter les négociations avec ses clients : plans de remises (rebate plans), reconquêtes (win-backs), ressources, marges, accords (deals)
- Assurer une forte présence et développer des relations commerciales à tous les niveaux
- Créer un réseau solide sur le marché
- Organiser des réunions régulières au niveau direction (Execs meetings) entre Arrow et les clients
Avec les partenaires (Business Partners) :
- Planifier et exécuter des initiatives stratégiques
- Détecter et créer des opportunités business et des leads
- Gérer l’activation/la montée en compétences du partenaire (enablement)
- Promouvoir le portefeuille et la stratégie d’Arrow : produits, services, Cloud, IoT
- Reconquérir des marques face à la concurrence
- Coordonner les activités marketing avec l’équipe marketing et les Brand Managers
- Participer si nécessaire aux rendez-vous avec les clients finaux
- Conclure les affaires (close deals)
En interne :
- En tant que coordinateur(trice), le/la Strategic Account Manager travaille avec plusieurs départements d’Arrow (Brands, Finance, Operations, Services, …) afin d’assurer la croissance du business et la satisfaction client, du devis à la livraison
- Il/Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les Brand Managers pour élaborer des plans de développement commerciaux et marketing
Avec les fournisseurs (Vendors) :
- Partager les actions et les plans d’affaires avec la force de vente des fournisseurs
- Gérer le pipeline
- Participer aux événements fournisseurs appropriés
Compétences :
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire en IT (Strategic/Key Account, Account Executive, etc.).
- Anglais courant
- Expérience confirmée en field sales et en gestion de grands comptes dans l’IT (vente complexe, cycles longs).
- Ouverture d’esprit
- Bonnes compétences en communication
- Passionné(e) par l’IT et les nouvelles technologies
