Role As a Senior Pre Sales Solutions Consultant you will be working directly with the VP on all Retail Omnichannel and POS client engagements. You will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the sales cycle and bring strong functional knowledge across the products to deliver a clear message to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales team, product and professional services teams to develop presentations to promote the value of the solutions to enterprise retail clients. You will lead the demonstrations to target client needs, position the value proposition and show case the software. You will also support the RFP process with specific functional product knowledge. Responsibilities Lead demonstrations and present solutions to target client needs; position value proposition and showcase software. Collaborate with sales, product and professional services teams to develop presentations for enterprise retail clients. Act as SME during the sales cycle with strong functional knowledge across products. Support the RFP process with specific functional product knowledge. Requirements Bachelors degree or at least 5 years of direct industry experience Multiple years in a pre sales, consulting or technical sales or implementation position Significant experience in Retail Store applications including Omnichannel and POS/Payments Deep domain knowledge of Retail clients, in store operations, buying personas, market trends and innovation. Fashion, Luxury goods, Speciality Stores and apparel ideally Based US wide Remote Salary: $200k - £300k package depending on experience plus comprehensive benefits.
