Job Description Job Description Are you looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, retail promotions, and customer engagement ? We are currently hiring a Customer Sales Associate to join our growing team and support our customer-facing sales campaigns in a fast-paced retail and promotional environment.
This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, restaurant service, face-to-face sales, brand ambassador work, marketing promotions, or entry-level business roles . If you enjoy working directly with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer support, account management, and leadership development .
Position Overview
As a Customer Sales Associate , you will work directly with customers in person, providing product information, answering questions, and guiding customers through current offers and promotions. This role focuses heavily on customer interaction, sales presentations, customer retention, customer acquisition, and overall customer satisfaction .
You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while contributing to daily sales goals, campaign performance, and territory growth.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional face-to-face sales presentations
Engage customers in a retail and promotional setting
Provide exceptional customer service and account support
Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options
Assist with new customer enrollments and account upgrades
Support daily sales goals, performance metrics, and team objectives
Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication
Participate in sales training, leadership coaching, and professional development
