My client is a reputable, Dublin based Building Contractor who are going through big growth at present with live projects across Ireland. They specialise in a variety of projects ranging from residential to hotel refurbishments and government jobs. Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking a highly motivated Bid Writer to lead and coordinate the preparation of compelling, high-quality proposals for their projects. Duties: Prepare, write, and edit high-quality, compelling bid and tender submissions in response to client requirements. Develop PQQ and Tender responses, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Tailor written content to align with the clients evaluation criteria, showcasing their capability, experience, and methodology. Coordinate with subject matter experts to create programmes, technical and logistical documentation. Contribute to risk assessments, buildability reviews, and value engineering proposals. Draft full logistics plans, construction methodologies, programme narratives, construction approach documents. Be responsible for and prepare site specific technical submissions for Public and Private tenders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of the bid management function. Support post-submission activities including clarifications, interviews, and presentations as required. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in the delivery of construction projects, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-project environments. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide diverse teams toward successful project outcomes. Expertise in developing and executing tender documentation and project execution plans. Skilled in conducting design reviews and managing technical aspects efficiently. Knowledge of tendering and contract administration is essential.
