Wat ga je doen?
Wij zoeken iemand die graag initiatief toont. Je werkt op locatie bij onze 50+ MKB-klanten, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is. Je beheert en onderhoudt hun IT-omgevingen. Je werkt aan serverbeheer, adviseert over cloudoplossingen (Azure/Microsoft 365), lost netwerkstoringen op en ondersteunt waar nodig bij werkplekbeheer.
Je werkt in een hecht team met korte lijnen en direct contact met klanten en eigenaren. Je collega’s staan voor je klaar en jij voor hen. Je hebt aan een half woord genoeg. Is er een uitdaging? Je spart met collega’s en helpt elkaar verder. Jij neemt beslissingen en implementeert oplossingen. Wij vertrouwen op jouw expertise. Geen starre SLA-afspraken; werkt iets niet, dan fix jij het! Samen met je teamleider en accountmanager spot je kansen om onze dienstverlening verder te verbeteren. Focus op resultaat, niet op onnodige procedures.
Deze dynamische rol biedt volop kansen voor persoonlijke en technische groei. Je komt in aanraking met diverse IT-omgevingen en technologieën, waardoor je snel je kennis verbreedt en verdiept. Jij benadert klanten proactief met verbetervoorstellen en denkt mee over de beste IT-oplossingen. Je ziet direct resultaat: een blije klant! Jouw inzet helpt hen focussen op hun passie en succes, of dat nu beter onderwijs is, de behandeling van genetische ziekten of steun aan maatschappelijke thema’s.
Wat neem je mee?
minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar aantoonbare systeembeheer ervaring;
servicedeskervaring: werken met ITIL en SMART documenten;
certificeringen op het vlak van Azure/Microsoft 365, of de wil deze te behalen;
een rijbewijs of de bereidheid om te reizen
een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk);
