Wij zijn op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en gedreven KAM Coördinator die ons team komt versterken. In deze rol ondersteun je de KAM Manager en draag je actief bij aan het waarborgen en verbeteren van kwaliteit, arbeidsomstandigheden en milieu binnen onze organisatie.
Jouw rol
Als KAM-Coördinator ben jij dé spil in het waarborgen en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteits-, arbo- en milieubeleid binnen Dmissi. Je werkt nauw samen met het KAM-team en de operatie en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid en kwaliteit structureel worden geborgd binnen onze projecten in de ondergrondse infra.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:
- Vergroten van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie (o.a. toolboxen en veiligheidsinitiatieven);
- Volledig verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en begeleiden van interne audits;
- Adviseren van directie, management en operatie op het gebied van KAM;
- Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu binnen de organisatie;
- Beheren en doorontwikkelen van certificeringen zoals ISO9001, ISO14001, VCA, CKB en CO₂-prestatieladder;
- Verder ontwikkelen van de organisatie richting Veiligheidsladder (SCL) trede 4;
- Initiëren en implementeren van verbetertrajecten op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid;
- Organiseren van veiligheidsdagen, campagnes en bewustwordingssessies.
- Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het continu verbeteren van processen en het creëren van een veilige werkomgeving.
Wie we zoeken
Jij bent een stevige KAM-professional die eigenaarschap toont en mensen weet mee te nemen in verandering.
Daarnaast breng je mee:
- Een diploma MVK of HVK (of bereid deze te behalen);
- Aantoonbare ervaring met certificeringen zoals VCA, CKB, ISO9001, ISO14001, CO₂-prestatieladder en SCL;
- Een zelfstandige, proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding;
- Sterke communicatieve en adviesvaardigheden;
- VOL-VCA en een rijbewijs B.
