divh2Bilingual Sales Associate - Store/h2pThe Bilingual Sales Associate is to greet and thank every customer who enters and leaves the store. Sales Associates must be knowledgeable of all product lines. Sales Associates are also responsible for keeping the store neat, clean, and all merchandise properly displayed. The Sales staff will support management in completing price changes, leveling, display resets and all basic visual standards needed to ensure a neat and clean store./ppSupport the Cavenders Culture and drive our Mission, Vision, and Values./ppProvide friendly, courteous customer service and satisfaction by using professional and knowledgeable selling techniques./ppAvoid high pressure selling tactics./ppMaximize selling opportunities with each customer./ppKeep abreast of the latest fashion trends in the western wear industry./ppKeep work area neat, clean and organized./ppBe knowledgeable about CBC policies and procedures./ppKeep updated on sale promotions (items/prices/etc.)./ppHelp stock merchandise and straighten the store as needed./ppReport to work promptly and neatly groomed./ppBe security conscious at all times./ppAlways scan products to ensure everything is in its correct area, signed correctly and neatly displayed. Associates in the boot department should always check for mismates./ppWork with customers who return products for an exchange./ppProvide knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries (e.g. boot and clothing fit, sale promotions, price, product workmanship and inventory)./ppPerform all other duties as assigned./ppWork with supervisors to understand all actions needed to impact the desired goals set by the company (i.e. ADS / UPTs / Company or Vendor contest)./ppJob requires associate to raise or lower objects from one level to another regularly during shift./ppFluency in both English and Spanish is required./ppAbility to comprehend basic instructions./ppAbility to interpret documents./ppAbility to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks./ppAbility to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond./ppAssociate must be able to stay alert during work hours assigned./ppCavenders is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
