Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests. Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations. Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times. Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible. General cleaning of bar and restaurant. Served guests with food and beverage. What You'll Need: Previous experience is essential. Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment. Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
