Inspect and test HVAC electrical components, refrigerant pressures, and motors to detect potential issues before they cause failures. Perform minor repairs, such as tightening connections, replacing belts, and adjusting system controls. Complete detailed service records, maintenance checklists, and inspection reports. Adhere to all safety protocols and EPA regulations regarding refrigerant handling. Communicate with clients regarding system performance, maintenance recommendations, and repairs.
