Responsibilities As a Management Training (MT) participant, you will learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support for success, and get out into the community to build relationships essential to business growth. You will learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and always put customers first.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a current valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past three years.
Candidate with more than one excessive speeding violation (≥26 mph over posted speed limit) within the last three years will be disqualified.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
