Dan is dit jouw kans om impact te maken als Customer Service Officer!
In deze sleutelrol ben jij dé verbindende factor tussen klanten, sales, planning en logistiek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles – van orderinvoer tot levering en facturatie – probleemloos verloopt. Dankzij jouw inzet ervaren klanten een betrouwbare en professionele service, elke dag opnieuw.
Als Customer Service Officer ben je end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor het order-to-cash proces binnen jouw regio(’s). Je taken zijn onder andere:
- Beheren van klantcontact en optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt
- Verwerken, bevestigen en bewaken van orders
- Coördineren van transport (zee, lucht en weg) en onderhouden van contact met transporteurs
- Opstellen en controleren van export- en transportdocumenten
- Verzorgen van facturatie, creditnota’s en retourafhandeling
- Monitoren van betalingen en kredietlimieten
- Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen in het proces
Daarnaast verbeter je (proactief) processen. Je werkt hierbij intensief samen met collega’s van sales, planning en logistiek.

- MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Ervaring in een Customer Service rol (exportervaring is een pré)
- Ervaring met ERP-systemen
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. Een derde taal (Duits, Frans of Italiaans) is een pré
- Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Een gestructureerde, nauwkeurige en proactieve werkstijl
· Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen €3.250 en €4.350 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
- 8% vakantiegeld en minimaal 25 vakantiedagen (met leeftijdsafhankelijke opbouw)
- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km (max. 100 km enkele reis)
