Want a flexible way to earn extra money this summer? We’re hiring Assembly Workers at Channel Commercial's Rockwall facility right now. This is a flexible job which means you build schedule through MyWorkChoice. Pick up shifts, drop shifts when needed, and manage your schedule right from your phone. 

Choose Your Shift Schedule
  • Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM  
  • Days: Monday - Saturday (choose your shifts in the app)   
  • Pay: $15/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)   
  • Location: Channell Commercial1700 Justin Rd, Rockwall, TX 75087

Work Environment: 
  • This is a manufacturing facility the temperature is similar to outside season temperature with overhead ceiling fans. 

All MWC workers are required to provide their own steel toed or composite shoes.

What You’ll Do 

You’ll play a key role in:  

  • Using hand and power tools to bolt, screw, and clip together parts for utility and cable enclosures.
  • Reading work orders to ensure you have the right materials and following assembly instructions to meet production quotas.
  • Inspecting and measuring finished products to ensure they meet quality standards while keeping your workstation clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:     
  • Strong mechanical skills and experience using tools like drills, wrenches, and pneumatic staplers.
  • A team player who can maintain high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks like bending, twisting, and standing.
