The Luxury Sales Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of sales and enhancing customer experiences within the gallery. This position requires a leader who can align sales execution with gallery presentation while maintaining the high service standards expected in a luxury environment. The successful candidate will foster a client-focused atmosphere, support team performance, and drive overall business objectives. Adaptability and critical thinking are essential as the gallery seeks to establish its presence in a new market. The role involves a consultative sales approach, with an emphasis on building relationships and closing high-value transactions.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE
Luxury Sales Manager Responsibilities
Lead daily sales operations and ensure alignment with business objectives
Enhance customer experience through exceptional service and relationship management
Manage and mentor a small team, fostering a high-performance culture
Engage in proactive outreach to identify and cultivate new client relationships
Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track sales activities and client interactions
Participate in client visits, installations, and trade shows as needed
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain gallery presentation and operational standards
Luxury Sales Manager Requirements
5+ years of experience with high-end clientele in a luxury sales environment
Proven success in selling to high-net-worth individuals and corporations with significant transaction values
Management experience with the ability to coach and develop sales staff
Strong proactive outreach experience with a focus on outbound sales
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a disciplined follow-up approach
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
Exceptional discretion and professionalism in client interactions
Willingness to travel frequently for client engagements
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as required
Ability to lift objects up to 25lbs
Experience overseeing gallery functions is preferred
Leadership experience within a luxury store setting is preferred
A bachelor’s degree is preferred
