We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing business the right way and wants to build a strong, repeat customer base through long-term relationships rather than one-time sales. Job Description Scapers is a rapidly growing company in the waste removal industry, specializing in the rental of open-top roll-off dumpster containers. Our mission is to help move this industry into a new era by delivering top-notch customer service while maintaining an outstanding work environment for our employees. Regional Sales Manager Job Summary We are launching an exciting new line of service , and we are looking for a high-energy, principled Regional Sales Manager to pioneer its growth. Make no mistake: this is an active, in-the-field, hands-on sales position first and foremost. Your primary mission is to break new ground, generate leads, and close deals through systematic phone outreach and door-to-door, face-to-face prospecting. We do not do high-pressure sales. We are looking for an ethical professional who builds genuine trust, educates prospects, and solves their problems. Because this role transitions into an Account Manager role once the sale is finalized, fantastic follow-through is an absolute must. You aren't just closing a deal and walking away; you are laying the foundation for a long-term client relationship. Key Responsibilities
* Drive New Business (75% of Role): Actively prospect for new clients utilizing structured phone outreach and direct door-to-door, in-the-field B2B sales. * Execute Ethical Sales: Present our new service line honestly and transparently. We win clients through value and trust, never through high-pressure or manipulative tactics. * Account Management & Follow-Through (25% of Role): Seamlessly onboard newly closed accounts. Own the relationship post-sale with flawless follow-up, ensuring every promise made during the sales process is delivered. * Territory Management: Map out and systematically cover your assigned region to maximize market penetration. * Hit Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outbound touches, face-to-face meetings, and closed contracts.
Qualifications & Skills
* The "Ethical Hunter" Mentality: High resilience and a drive to close new business, balanced with a deep commitment to professional integrity. * Flawless Follow-Through: Obsessive attention to detail and responsiveness. You never let a ball drop or a client question go unanswered. * Proven B2B Sales Experience: Experience in outbound prospecting (cold calling, door-to-door, or field sales) is highly preferred. * Strong Relationship Management: Ability to transition seamlessly from an active prospector to a trusted, consultative account manager. * Clean Driving Record & Reliable Commute: Because this position requires significant time out in the field meeting prospects face-to-face.
· Proven sales experience (outside sales preferred; construction or service industry is a strong plus) · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Valid driver's license and reliable transportation · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

It is not suited for individuals who rely on pressure tactics or are looking for quick wins. We are looking for someone who understands that strong follow-up, trust, and genuine relationships—not aggressive sales tactics—are what drive long-term success.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $75,000 per year Commission Structure (paid monthly):
* $0 - $500,000 in annual sales: 2% of gross sales * $500,001 - $1,000,000: 2.5% of gross sales * $1,000,000 and above: 3% of gross sales

Responsibilitie s · Prospect and develop new clients through all appropriate channels. · Travel regularly to customer locations and prospective client sites. · Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts. · Provide accurate, upfront pricing and help customers determine the right solutions for their needs. · Visit customer job sites to understand project requirements and strengthen relationships. · Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales activity. · Process all new orders and ensure details are communicated clearly and accurately. · Coordinate and communicate effectively between customers and dispatch. · Represent the company and brand in a professional and positive manner at all times. · Assist with customer questions, concerns, and problem resolution. · Ensure customers receive the right solution for their project needs. · Participate in community events, charity functions, and local organizations to promote the brand. · Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings and contribute to team growth. · Meet and consistently work to exceed sales targets. · Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and service standards. · Help introduce, sell, and manage new lines of revenue and services as the company grows.
